1. Managing Supplier Accounts.

Help suppliers manage their cross-border platform accounts effectively

.Ensure their online store and product listings look professional and appealing.

Track performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and engagement

.2. Handling Sales Inquiries & Closing Deals

Respond to international buyer inquiries and qualify leads.

Provide regular updates and insights to help them grow their business.

Build long-term relationships with both suppliers and international buyers.

Who We’re Looking For: Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented – You enjoy closing deals and achieving targets. Strong Communicator – You can confidently engage with international buyers and suppliers. Organized & Detail-Oriented – You manage multiple accounts and follow up effectively. Experience in B2B Sales / Export / E-commerce – Prior experience in international trade or digital sales is a plus.Required language(s): English and Mandarin speaking is a MUST. Preferably Fresh Graduates and Junior Executives specialising in Export sale or equivalent.
