We are aggressively hiring a Project team player with relentless energy who will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of specific projects for a Global Transformation Center while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget and within agreeable scope.
Responsibilities (Business Analyst)
• Project Initiation
o Support and defining the initial project scope
• Planning & Analyze
o Review Business case provided by the Business architect to define the high-level requirements. This will lead to the project scope.
o Conduct workshops to identify and confirm user requirement
o Document user requirements for the application
o Assess gaps between software capabilities and user requirements. Identify resolutions for the gaps identified
o Develop a Business Requirement document (BRD)
• Design
o Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
o Finalize and sign-off the FDS
o Conduct design review sessions with delivery team
o Define the framework for any module which require to have generic framework/solution across application
• Build
o Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing
o Conduct FSD walkthrough to technical teams
o Conduct Business Review session to show pre-final design to users
• Test
o Provide support to testers to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have been met
• Deploy
o Support Deployment team in possible issue relating to project scope
• Change Management & Training
o Contribute to the Change Risk Assessments associated with system adoption & usage
o Participate in the development of Processes, Business Rules, User Policies, User Manual and Procedures
o Support Change Management team in CMT process
• Support (Post Production)
o Provide support to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have been met during warranty period
Desired Skills/Experience
• Must have background experience in one of more the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets, Life Insurance).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates is mandatory
• Solid Business Analyst experience in daily Business Analyst tasks including but not limited to Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Gap Analysis and Prioritization of Work Documents creation.
