  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Support in the optimization of stock and demand planning

  • Process orders to suppliers, monitoring and expediting orders
  • Perform stock count and forecast prior stock ordering
  • Update all related stakeholders of the stock status including stock arrival for warehouse manpower planning
  • Support in annual stock take
  • Handling supplier delivery orders, update all the good received into the system and invoices and send to account department on timely manner
  • Update “KIV- out of stock” status & propose relevant action plan

    Collaborate with suppliers in inventory matter

    • Support in new item sourcing, perform price comparison and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing while maintain the highest level of quality, reliability, and services and cost target as well as in line with the business needs
    • Work closely with suppliers including price adjustment and description change and return of defective stocks, purchase order cancellations, and to present claims for shortages and damages

      Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve better results

      • Update the price adjustment to all stakeholders as and when there is price adjustment
      • Work closely with sales team to perform sourcing of products and to ensure the stock level in hand is optimized to meet the business needs
      • Work closely with Operations team to collect stocks from suppliers
      • Work closely with Account team to ensure the payment mode to suppliers on timely manner

        Data management & Reporting

        • Responsible for update all stock pricing report as and when
        • Responsible for the supplier master report
        • Responsible for update stock shortage report on daily basis and resolve the out-of-stock problem
        • Maintain the latest product code and product description in the system and update to all stakeholders if any changes

  • Diploma or Higher Education level in business
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Power Point and Word, or similar
  • Good knowledge of Excel is an added advantage
  • Attention to details, accurate and good at follow-up and follow-through
  • Highly analytical and strong negotiation skill
  • Independent with excellent multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal with good influencing skills
