Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
- Set and achieve sales targets to improve store performance.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies.
- Organize in-store promotions and marketing activities to boost sales.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty through personalized service.
Visual Merchandising & Product Management
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and aligns with brand identity.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Keep up with fashion trends and provide input on product selection.
- Ensure mannequins, displays, and store layout enhance customer experience.
Customer Service & Styling
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Train staff on fashion trends, styling tips, and personal shopping assistance.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote membership programs.
- Ensure all staff provide a premium shopping experience.
Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to enhance performance.
- Schedule and manage shifts for smooth store operations.
- Motivate and support the team to maintain high morale and reduce turnover.
- Conduct regular training on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Store Operations & Loss Prevention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Oversee cash handling and transactions to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure security measures are in place to prevent theft and stock loss.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with store procedures.
Market Trends & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor fashion industry trends and analyze competitor strategies.
- Adjust store operations and marketing approaches based on market demand.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular store performance reports to management.
- Participate in company meetings and implement corporate strategies.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
