Finance Manager (Property & Construction)

Finance Manager. Abel to handle full set of accounts. Monitoring daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals. Monitoring month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure. To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports. Monitoring on company Treasury & financial reports. To handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent accounting Qualification. At least 5-10 years working experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in property development or construction company. Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with computerised accounting system. Good communication, report writing, mentoring skills and strong analytical skills Committed and a team player with a positive attitude. Able to work independently, meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines. Interested candidates are required to submit recent resume stating current and expected salary.
