Role:
- This role is managing the onboarding of participants (banks, digital banks, non-banks) into services.
- This includes overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

- Monitor and analyse onboarding performance against SLAs.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or payment operations.
- Experience in card and retail operations is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Confluence and project management tools.
- Strong project management skills, a keen understanding of financial operations, and the ability to navigate complex onboarding processes efficiently.
