Role:

  • This role is managing the onboarding of participants (banks, digital banks, non-banks) into services.
  • This includes overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

  • Serve as the first-level assessor for Attestation of Compliance (AoC) for new participants.
  • Monitor and analyse onboarding performance against SLAs.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or payment operations.
  • Experience in card and retail operations is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and project management tools.
  • Strong project management skills, a keen understanding of financial operations, and the ability to navigate complex onboarding processes efficiently.
