Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing the budgeting process, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports and perform group consolidation for management and Bursa statutory reporting. Additional duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and liaising with external auditors. The Finance Manager will also provide strategic financial advice to support business planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
