Role and Responsibilities

  1. Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
  2. Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
  3. Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  4. Manage project resource allocation, including labor and materials to maximize project revenue.
  5. Plan and schedule project timelines.
  6. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the management.
  7. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

  16. Develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work scheduled for completion of project following logical sequence through effective utilization of resources.
  17. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
