- Promote our services, like fund structuring and capital raising, to prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support the negotiation and execution of deals.
- Prepare engaging investment pitch decks and financial due diligence reports to attract investors for sell-side mandates.
- Conduct thorough investment analysis and due diligence, including accurate financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial and strategic goals, offering tailored advisory solutions to maximize value.
- Manage the entire sell-side process, from initial engagement to deal closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with current and potential investors through proactive communication.
- Assist in preparing fundraising materials, including pitch decks and presentations for events.
- Facilitate investor meetings, calls, and events, addressing inquiries about fund performance and investment strategies.
- Lead and support fundraising efforts to expand our investor base through strategic outreach and participation in conferences.
- You hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have prior experience in client coverage, wealth management, or sell-side advisory.
- You possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- You have strong skills in financial analysis, investment due diligence, and presentations.
- You excel in written and verbal communication.
- You can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
