1. Pre-Sales Technical Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical consultation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical presentations.

To complete additional assignments or projects as required by the supervisor to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Minimum Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 – 2 years of technical experience would have a added advantage.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, as we have to cover partners from China and Taiwan.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
