ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
Your main task is to assist the Manager in the daily operation of the Pharmaceutical and Surgical Disposable Departments.
The followings are the scope of your tasks/responsibilities:
· Purchasing items for the Pharmaceutical and Surgical Disposable Departments.
· Managing documentary credit issuance and related invoices.
· Handling shipments clearance and delivery to warehouse.
· Managing logistics matters and deliveries to customer/s.
· Monitoring customer stocks, buffers, product return and disposal as and when required and informing superior of any insufficiency.
· Conducting and monitoring stock take and its documentation.
· Part of Risk Management Team, Post Marketing Surveillance Team & Quality Assurance (QA) Team.
· Ensures the compliance to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) standards and any other relevant regulatory standards at all times.
· Assists superior in the internal audit and external audits, customer and regulatory audit needed by Company.
· Assists superior to ensures validity and on-time renewal of ISO certifications, GDPMD certifications and CE marking with the relevant Authorities.
· Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Investigates customer complaints and internal non-conformances of materials and finished products.
· Assists superior in identifying and planning necessary trainings for the personnel involved in the supply chain activities/operations and period the training to satisfy these needs.
· In the absence of Manager, you are to report directly to the Director as and when required.
· Carries out other tasks or projects being assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or any other related studies.
· Knowledgeable in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and GDPMD.
· Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both in written and spoken.
· Positive working attitude and result-oriented person.
· Team player and also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- · Willing to learn, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
