Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to Institutional Head in overall marketing strategies to achieve Team’s revenue target.
- To identify and market solutions to generate the revenue target.
- To provide all the necessary support to Institutional Head to maximize the sales revenue for the team.
- To ensure highest standard of customer service level is maintained at all times to achieve good rating on Customer Satisfaction Index measured yearly.
- To provide support/contribute in the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to help achieve the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets revenue target.
- Joint marketing with Relationship Managers/Corporate Banking /Business.
Requirements:
- A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury field at established financial institution/s or equivalent. Preferably with Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) Dealer’s license.
- Good understanding of Treasury products and knowledgeable on various hedging tools and yield enhancement products.
- Understand the Group’s strategic objectives, and the role of Institutional Sales in supporting business goals.
- Strong analytical and relationship building skills.
