Supply Chain Director
Our client: A MNC Food Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities:
• Managing the S&OP for the site to ensure industrial capacities reach the monthly forecast for the year in accordance to stocks levels targets.
• Planning production: the planning must meet the requirements and it’s determined on SKUs by categories (on safety stocks, on demand, on forecast).
• Ensuring procurement for all raw/packaging materials, co-packed finished goods and POS.
• Scheduling production, taking into account production constraints and batches optimizations.
• Managing sales forecast, from global to detailed by SKU.
• Ensuring all new/modified products (finished goods or raw/pack materials) are taken into account to reach the launch/switch (lead-time and stocks management);
• Updating and managing her/his KPI, with the SC teams, her/his peers and Director, also with the HQ.
• Ensuring stocks control, obsolescence management, reliability and inventories.
• In charge of the procurement & planning teams and Demand Planner.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any business field and other disciplines. APICS certified or related certification preferred.
• 6 to 10 years supply chain management hands on experience in Multi National Company.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage, communicate & influence senior stakeholders, business partners, and cross functional team (internal & external),
• Strong analytical, business process analysis & problem-solving capabilities.
• Competent in material planning, import and export, FTA, 3PL & logistics.
