Scope of Work:

Job Responsibilities: Work Content

1. Formulate, execute, and summarize the annual, monthly, and weekly work objectives and work plans for the company's human resources and administration department;

2. Develop, implement, and supervise the company's human resources management system, and comprehensively manage the company's recruitment plans, compensation and benefits, performance, training, employee relations, etc.;

3. Establish a talent echelon, and be responsible for personnel recruitment, employment, training, and resignation;

4. According to work needs, be responsible for the job transfer, position appointment and removal, and recruitment procedures of on-the-job personnel;

5. Regularly collect and compare the market talent levels to improve talent competitiveness;

6. Be responsible for the daily management of the department and the overall coordination of the daily affairs of other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Major in human resources, administration or related majors, with a bachelor's degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in the same position in a production-oriented enterprise;

3. Have an in-depth understanding of each module of human resources and be able to guide the work of each module;

4. Be familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws, regulations and policies regarding contract management, salary systems, employment mechanisms, insurance and welfare benefits, training, etc.;

5. Have strategic and tactical thinking, and have the ability to establish and integrate different work teams;

6. Have the ability to solve complex problems, strong communication and coordination skills, team leadership skills, and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;

7. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
