Job Summary:

- The Senior Account Executive, Integrated Communications, will take on a leadership role in executing and managing comprehensive communication strategies for clients. This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of digital and traditional PR campaigns, building and maintaining key media and influencer relationships, and providing strategic insights to ensure successful campaign outcomes. The Senior Executive will also mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless integrated marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Campaign Management:

- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand messaging.

- Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts, to effectively reach target audiences.

- Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing strategic counsel and ensuring the delivery of all campaign components on time and within budget.

2. Digital & Social Media Strategy:

- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop engaging content that drives audience engagement and meets campaign goals.

3. Media & Influencer Relations:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers, ensuring effective media coverage and influencer collaboration.

- Lead influencer marketing campaigns, including strategy development, influencer selection, contract negotiation, content oversight, and performance analysis.

- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new media channels to enhance communication efforts.

4. Event Management & Experiential Marketing:

- Coordinate and manage high-profile events, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with broader communication strategies.

- Work with vendors and partners to manage logistics and execution, ensuring all events are delivered to the highest standard.

- Monitor and report on event outcomes, providing recommendations for future improvements.

5. Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor and support junior team members, guiding best practices and career development.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and creative problem-solving.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in integrated communications, PR, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and strategic messaging.

- Advanced understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

- Strong media and influencer relationships within key industry sectors.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and client expectations.
