Job Description • Able to handle a full set of accounts • Prepare budget forecasts • Publish financial statements on time. • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary • Comply with financial policies and regulations Job Requirements • Candidate who possesses at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent discipline is preferable • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia • Independent and self-driven personality • Knowledge of Autocount software will be an added advantage • Experience in the property development industry would be an advantage
