Position Overview:
The International Sales Manager will work collaboratively with the International Sales and Marketing Director to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers in the Asia, Middle East and Central Asia Market. The International Sales Manager will manage regional distributors, oversee targeted marketing campaigns, and spearhead initiatives that contribute to incremental revenue growth, with a focus on measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and document a regional go-to-market strategy and business development plan in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding company's customer base and product presence across Asia.
• Manage and evaluate regional distributor relationships, making recommendations to optimize performance and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop value propositions, promotions, sales collateral, and other tools to drive incremental business growth.
• Lead sales pipeline management, including recording, forecasting, and reporting on progress and results.
• Conduct regular customer visits and coordinate sales and marketing events to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and foster new partnerships.
• Participate in bi-monthly operations reviews, providing data-driven insights and updates on business development initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to refine strategic plans.

• Results-driven with strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability to market trends.
Travel Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 50%).
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years in sales or business development with revenue responsibility in Asia.
• Proven success working with multinational corporations, with a focus on the Asian market.
• 3 years of experience in the health/medical product sector is an advantage.
• Strong background in technical sales and territory/account management through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Experience with industrial or manufactured products is a plus.
