About the Company - Our Client is a global leading manufacturer of Construction Chemicals.

We are looking for a proven sales specialist with a background in the construction chemicals sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts to drive growth and ensure retention.
  • Achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual Turnover targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.
  • Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain a project register.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related.
  • At least 3 years of solid sales experience in the construction products industry.
  • Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong team player and strong inter-personal skills to deal with customers architects & consultants and distributors.
  • Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
  • Expertise in strategy and market development.
  • Ability to solve complex, cross functional problems
