About the Company - Our Client is a global leading manufacturer of Construction Chemicals.
We are looking for a proven sales specialist with a background in the construction chemicals sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts to drive growth and ensure retention.
- Achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual Turnover targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.
- Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain a project register.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related.
- At least 3 years of solid sales experience in the construction products industry.
- Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong team player and strong inter-personal skills to deal with customers architects & consultants and distributors.
- Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
- Expertise in strategy and market development.
- Ability to solve complex, cross functional problems
