Job Summary:

The IAP Warehouse Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions related to the parts warehouse operations that support IAP markets, including Malaysia, ASEAN importers, and IAP NSCs. This role involves close collaboration with AGD Accounting, Aftersales Controlling, Shared Services, Global, and Regional teams to ensure efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily financial transactions for the IAP parts warehouse, serving as a logistics hub for Malaysia, ASEAN importers, and IAP NSCs.
  • Monitor and control warehouse costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and P&L consolidation for warehouse operations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and management, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, controls, and operational standards for business and finance processes.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Support the warehouse launch activities, ensuring financial readiness and proper controls.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in controlling and/or FP&A, preferably with a focus on supply chain or warehouse finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems is essential.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
