Duties & Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations- marketing order (MO), inquiries, requests and issues.
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge with clients in sales process, operations and products with all-rounded technical and application know how.
  • Managing the processing of all orders, filing important documents and communicating with other departments to achieve order fulfilment (accuracy and on time delivery; OTD)
  • Issuance of invoice, packing list for delivery and handling of outbound shipment.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support as and when required.
  • Ensure adequacy of sales-related resources or materials. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
  • Handle sample requisition by customers & follow up for order purpose.
  • Update of documentation with accurate periodic market data, filing and report preparations.
  • Support other HODs on customer service, quality, manufacturing operations, planning, shipping and warehousing related tasks.
  • Responsible to ensure sales related activities are meeting the company product & quality policies, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and adhering to laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills/Attributes:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination for industrial products, experience in marketing, customer service and other administrative positions will be considered an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin- excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Diploma in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales and marketing will be considered too.
