Job Description:
The role involves acquiring and growing the IT services business for the company, encompassing both new client acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with and onboard new clients, positioning the company as a strategic partner for IT services.
- Create and execute a robust Client Acquisition strategy to bring on new clients.
- Expand the existing portfolio of accounts by upselling and cross-selling a range of services.
- Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing opportunities.
- Skillfully craft and lead large deal pursuits.
- Develop strong relationships with senior-level clients to build strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite and operational/managerial teams.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in regular client review meetings to ensure successful engagements.
- Actively maintain and update the CRM system with new sales opportunities, tracking all prospects diligently.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree with 8-15 years of proven experience in IT services sales.
- A strong track record of success in both acquiring new accounts and nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience in the Malaysia market.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, persistent, confident, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while delivering independent results.
