The Medical Centre provides outpatient specialist clinics, health screening unit, radiology services, and inpatient ward. Additionally, the T&CM Centre offers Traditional Chinese Medicine services like Internal Medicine consultation, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina, TCM Rehabilitation, and Ayurveda services.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs for new and existing nursing staff.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and clinical demonstrations to enhance nursing competency.
- Assess the learning needs of nurses and design educational strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
- Guide and mentor nurses in professional development and continuous learning.
- Develop and update training materials, policies, and procedures in alignment with hospital guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations.
- Promote evidence-based practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement in nursing care.
- Must have Post Basic Certification, preferably in Critical Care (ICU) or Emergency Nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing is an added advantage.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in nursing education or staff training.
- BLS Instructor Certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to develop structured training programs and assess learning outcomes.
- Passion for nursing education and professional development.
