Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs for new and existing nursing staff.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and clinical demonstrations to enhance nursing competency.
  • Assess the learning needs of nurses and design educational strategies to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor nurses in professional development and continuous learning.
  • Develop and update training materials, policies, and procedures in alignment with hospital guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have Post Basic Certification, preferably in Critical Care (ICU) or Emergency Nursing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing is an added advantage.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in nursing education or staff training.
  • BLS Instructor Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to develop structured training programs and assess learning outcomes.
  • Passion for nursing education and professional development.
