Assistant Manager, Group Reporting
Are you a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial reporting? We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Group Reporting to join our team and play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial forecasts and management presentation slides.
- Develop annual consolidated budgets and financial analysis for the Group.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly Bursa announcements.
Statutory & Compliance Reporting:
- Prepare Group financial statements, including notes to accounts and annual reports.
- Contribute to Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) reports.
Audit & Risk Management:
- Liaise with auditors and resolve significant audit issues.
- Support the preparation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) report (June & Dec Biannually).
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with Group Finance on reporting-related matters.
- Assist the Manager with ad hoc operational tasks.
- Analyze financial performance across divisions to provide key insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
