The talent are responsible for following tasks;

Strategic planning for SME & Commercial segment

  • Identify key gaps within business banking segments and propose/ prioritize initiatives to support business growth
  • Manage working level and senior stakeholders (including board updates where relevant) and communicate effectively for results
  • Market / competitor analysis, including technology / market trends.
  • Business planning / commercialization work e.g
    • Conduct feasibility studies on new opportunities.
    • Development of business case to assess financial impact of certain variables.
    • Acquisition strategies (where to find volumes).
    • New value propositions for target segments (product or services)
Project Management & Execution for Business Banking (PM role)

  • Manage and participate in cross-functional projects to deliver sustainable and breakthrough improvements to business process.
  • Manage project status throughout the entire project cycle to ensure project timeline, cost, objectives and deliverables are achieved as planned (e.g. capacity planning, time motion study, process flow mapping, focus group discussion, brain storming session.)
  • Develop reports / updates to management including running project weekly status meeting and update weekly project status to management / key stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors on key projects

  • Ability to understand key stakeholder’s needs and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively to management on high priority issues
  • Strong business environment awareness and sensitivity to business, compliance and control issues.
  • Experience
  • Relevant banking experience with 8 years and above
  • Proven experience with end-to-end project management and project coordination for operational planning, implementation and monitoring of projects until completion
  • Demonstrated successful collaboration with team and / or vendors to design, develop and implement projects.
  • Proven experience in leading a team achieving deliverables
  • Willingness to work extra miles in meeting tight deadlines.
