- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating and planning events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to the manager and the team.
- Collaborate on creative tasks, such as designing materials and assisting in video shooting and editing, when required.
- Assist with personal tasks and household errands as needed.
- At least SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in personal assistant.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in both English in Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Team Work, Self-Discipline, Good working attitude, Initiative, Detail oriented, Time management
