The Equipment & Facility Maintenance Engineer will assist the E&F team in overall management & maintenance of factory building & equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in equipment and facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of jigs, machines, and industrial facility systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in process validation IQ,OQ and PQ
Responsibilities
1. Equipment & Maintenance
- Register and manage equipment and fixed assets.
- Create equipment usage procedures, ensure compliance with standards, and provide training.
- Manage equipment installation projects, including transport, delivery, and utility setup.
- Develop process validation plans, optimize equipment settings, and prepare reports.
- Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns, referring to manuals and improving safety and environment.
- Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to restore production operations.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs.
- Perform internal calibration, manage deadlines, and report results.
- Improve and standardize equipment, simplify operations, enhance productivity, and develop new production technologies.
- Monitor equipment capacity and efficiency, and calculate required equipment for increased production.
- Train subordinates and handle other assigned tasks.
- Identify opportunities to optimize equipment performance and extend equipment life.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and facility efficiency.
2. Facility
- Manage the maintenance of facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
