Operations Manager (F&B)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
• Develop and implement operational strategies across all retail locations
• Standardize processes and procedures across stores while allowing for local market adaptation
• Create and maintain operations manuals and standard operating procedures
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Store Performance Oversight:
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations
• Work with store managers to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
• Implement best practices across stores to optimize performance
• Conduct regular store audits and compliance checks
• Manage store budgets and expense control
Inventory and Supply Chain:
• Oversee inventory management systems across all locations
• Optimize stock levels and distribution between stores
• Work with procurement team on product selection and allocation
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage
Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to store managers
• Develop training programs for staff development
• Ensure proper staffing levels across locations
• Foster a culture of excellence and premium service
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing regulations
• Maintain safety and security standards across all locations
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment Project Management:
• Lead new store openings and renovations
• Implement new technology and systems rollouts
• Manage special projects and initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of retail operations management experience
• Experience in premium retail or luxury goods sector
• Strong understanding of retail operations and P&L management
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of retail systems and technologies
• Understanding of alcohol retail regulations
• Strong project management abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
