- Handle recruitment by posting, screening, interviewing from effective job channel’s.
- Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and contribution submission.
- To liaise with government statutory when required: KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC etc.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, such as announcements, memos, offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, and warning letters, and ensure proper exit procedures for departing employees.
- Assisting in preparing audit and compliance document preparation.
- Conduct filing tasks to maintain organized and easily accessible records.
- Maintaining adequate levels of office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and business forms.
- Experience with handling CKAPS documentations.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirements
- Educational background: A degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, providing a strong foundation for this multifaceted role.
- Relevant experience: 3-5 years of solid HR/Admin experience, particularly in healthcare industry.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a cheerful, meticulous approach to work.
- Language skills: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Personal qualities: Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Willing to be based at Damansara Heights.
