  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Shapadu CR Asia located in WP Kuala Lumpur and Pengerang Branch. We need one for WP Kuala Lumpur and 2 for Pengerang Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end proposal processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather information for proposals.
  • Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings.
  • Maintain a proposal database and track submission deadlines.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contract documentation and track changes.
  • Provide advice on contractual matters and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract obligations are met

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, and Engineering related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
