Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and strategic coordination to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Executive Assistant also acts as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams, facilitates executive outreach and external relations, and oversees special projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and comprehensive support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, priorities, and correspondence.
- Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and senior management teams, business partners, and high profile international stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders within the CEO's assigned portfolio.
- Evaluate business initiatives and proposals in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Proactively engage with potential business partners to establish and nurture relationships.
- Follow up on contacts made by the CEO, supporting relationship development and ongoing partnerships and collaborations.
- Uphold the culture of creativity and innovation within the ACE EdVenture community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, handling correspondence, screening calls and emails, managing visitor interactions, and directing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Prioritize and manage the CEO's commitments, ensuring efficient time management and delegation of tasks where appropriate.
- Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.
- Provide timely updates to the CEO on urgent and priority matters, ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
- Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, tasks and organizational initiatives.
- Create content, monitor, and assist in managing the CEO’s social media presence, mitigating risks as needed.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports and summaries.
- Provide additional support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Relationship Manager.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage top level people from various industries, locally and internationally.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
