Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical assistance to customers, partners, and internal teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Sangfor products, ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, partners, and internal colleagues to foster strong relationships.
• Oversee the lifecycle of product issues from identification to resolution, including tracking, documentation, and timely follow-up.
• Enhance technical skills through hands-on simulation and practice within a virtualized lab environment, staying ahead of technology trends.

Requirements:

• Proficient understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols. Solid grasp of security practices is essential.
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities in both English and Chinese.
• A customer-oriented approach, with a positive and communicative demeanor.
• Experience or familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) for private and public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
• A background in application systems (e.g., databases, ERP, CRM) storage technologies, or experience with Unix/Windows environments will be advantageous.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or CCSP are beneficial but not mandatory.
