Responsibility
1.Recruitment and Onboarding:-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.-Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
2.Employee Relations:-Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.-Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3.Performance Management:-Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.-Identify and address performance issues proactively.
4.Training and Development:-Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.-Identify talent development opportunities and succession planning.
5.HR Policies and Compliance:-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.-Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
6.HR Analytics and Reporting:-Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.-Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.5+ years of HR experience
3.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
