Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a plan and coordinate the overall strategic visioning, including the long-term strategic plan for the Corporation.
  2. Provide annual lead and coordination for the annual business planning and mid-year review.
  3. Supervise framework, process, advice and facilitation on business planning to the lines of business.
  4. Coordinate the performance management cycle, including developing and monitoring annual corporate and divisional KPIs.
  5. Perform performance analysis and report to the Management and the Board.
  6. Monitor and provide timely feedback on issues, market trends and opportunities for Management for inclusion in future products, strategies and initiatives.
  7. Manage strategic research to support existing and future business activities and recommend the actions to management.
  8. Develop and drive the implementation of sustainability strategy / roadmap and framework for the Corporation.
  9. Monitor and update the sustainability performance, internal reports and framework according to the latest disclosure needs.
  10. Coordinate responsibilities of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time, especially in assisting the President/ Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Corporate Officer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Banking or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 9 years of related experience is required.
  • Expertise in Financial Analysis, Strategic Research, Performance Management, and Project Management.
  • Strong communication, writing, research, and presentation skills; adept in analytical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills; possesses business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with good business contacts and a willingness to travel.
