Job Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding the hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring a thorough evaluation of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide informed recruitment advice.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Facilitate the salary and benefit negotiation process between clients and candidates.
• Coordinate and manage the job offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.
• Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates, helping them improve their future applications.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment laws and regulations.
