Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research, data compilation, and project support.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials.

  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems.
  • Handle expenses and liaise with Finance and HR.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in the insurance or IT industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.
