Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative tasks within a corporate environment. This role requires confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research, data compilation, and project support.
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials.
- Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the main contact for internal/external communications.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
- Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems.
- Handle expenses and liaise with Finance and HR.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in the insurance or IT industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
