We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with experience in the e-commerce industry to join our team. You will be responsible for designing compelling visual content, editing high-quality videos, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing, and the ability to create engaging content that drives sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality visual assets for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), websites, social media, and digital ads.
- Design product packaging, banners, promotional materials, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Develop branding materials, including infographics, and typography, to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to design promotional campaigns, sales graphics, and storytelling visuals.
- Optimize images for web and mobile use, ensuring fast loading speeds and high resolution.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and e-commerce ads.
- Produce engaging product showcase videos, explainer videos, and user-generated content (UGC) edits.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance video appeal.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to edit collaboration content for social media marketing.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all video content.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Support:
- Adapt designs to different e-commerce and digital ad formats (Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated on trending e-commerce creative formats to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Work alongside the performance marketing team to A/B test creatives and optimize ad visuals based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and product teams to develop cohesive content strategies.

- Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
