Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipeline development to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s hiring needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry hiring trends.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in recruitment-related reporting and analytics to assess hiring effectiveness.
  • Involves and managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipelining is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess hiring needs and effectiveness.
