- Assist in recruitment-related reporting and analytics to assess hiring effectiveness.
- Involves and managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent pipelining is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess hiring needs and effectiveness.
