Role Description

The Human Resource Officer plays a key role in managing the administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring smooth HR operations, and assisting in various HR functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in HR or a similar department).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in HR can also be considered.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ensuring accuracy in HR data and documents is crucial.
  • Should be proficient in computer skills.
  • Handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Ability to resolve employee issues and HR-related concerns.
