  • Create New Products: Lead the development of new product categories, ensuring they align with the brand's mission and target audience.

Marketing

  • Responsible for brand strategies, includes the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Responsible to coordinate cross-functional activities related to consumer and marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning) and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Oversee the production of magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers

Merchandising

  • Responsible to coordinate cross-functional activities related to consumer and marketing programs (including product segmentation, pricing, promotion) and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
  • Monitor sell out dates against all products
  • Manage the range plan in Season reflecting any changes based on current trade
  • Review previous season and capture lessons learned for future improvement
  • Quarterly plan at category/season level that reflects the best possible mix of product to deliver the KPI’s
  • Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred with passion in consumer and brand awareness
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in brand management with proven experience in identifying and delivering on-trend products in retail environment required
  • Proven track record of consumer engagement planning, innovative thinking, program development and execution and a strategic approach to brand building programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision, adapt to changes, escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary
  • Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced working environment
  • Possess own vehicle and wiling to travel
  • Willing to work in Damansara Heights
