New Category Expansion & Product Development:
- Create New Products: Lead the development of new product categories, ensuring they align with the brand's mission and target audience.

- Responsible to coordinate cross-functional activities related to consumer and marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning) and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Oversee the production of magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
Merchandising
- Responsible to coordinate cross-functional activities related to consumer and marketing programs (including product segmentation, pricing, promotion) and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
- Monitor sell out dates against all products
- Manage the range plan in Season reflecting any changes based on current trade
- Review previous season and capture lessons learned for future improvement
- Quarterly plan at category/season level that reflects the best possible mix of product to deliver the KPI’s
- Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred with passion in consumer and brand awareness
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in brand management with proven experience in identifying and delivering on-trend products in retail environment required
- Proven track record of consumer engagement planning, innovative thinking, program development and execution and a strategic approach to brand building programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision, adapt to changes, escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary
- Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced working environment
- Possess own vehicle and wiling to travel
- Willing to work in Damansara Heights
