Now, we are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency in logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Monitor and improve workflows to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.


Logistics & Inventory Control

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
  • Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and costs.
  • Implement stock control measures to minimize wastage and overstocking.


Customer & Service Support

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and operational challenges to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in after-sales support, including troubleshooting operational issues related to coffee machines and supplies.


Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Supervise and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.


Job Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the coffee industry is a bonus.
