Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis Support:
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of portfolio companies to understand their performance, risks, and strategic alignment.
- Help gather and analyze financial, operational, and market data, aiding in the preparation of updates and performance insights.
Data Collection and Management Assistance:
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of relevant data sets, such as financial statements and operational KPIs.
- Assist in developing and managing visual tools like dashboards and charts to display key findings.
Performance Metrics Evaluation Assistance:
- Help evaluate portfolio companies using key performance metrics (e.g., ROE, ROIC, EBITDA) and support in identifying trends and variances from targets.
- Contribute to the refinement of analytical frameworks used to measure and compare performance.
Strategic Support and Engagement:
- Support regular reviews and strategic meetings with portfolio companies, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities under guidance.
- Participate in strategy meetings and workshops to help maximize portfolio value creation.
Market and Industry Research Support:
- Assist in researching industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact portfolio performance.
- Prepare research reports and briefs under supervision for internal use.
Reporting and Documentation Assistance:
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contributing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in documenting portfolio reviews, strategic engagements, and other initiatives
Qualification, Knowledge and Skills
- Final Year Students looking for internship opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- Interest in portfolio management, performance monitoring, or strategic analysis.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and Microsoft office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Preferred Duration: 5-6 Months Internship Period
