We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to both the PR & Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, this role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, acting as the driving force that ties together various marketing functions. From creative production to customer relationship management (CRM), you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in the execution of daily marketing activities, ensuring smooth coordination across campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Serve as the central link between creative, CRM, and other marketing functions to maintain consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of marketing materials and project milestones.
- Creative and Branding Coordination
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including social media content, promotional materials, and event assets.
- Work with design teams to ensure branding consistency across all touchpoints, both digital and print.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners for production of merchandise, corporate materials, and digital assets.
- Customer Engagement and CRM Support
- Assist in managing customer interactions across multiple touchpoints, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback, providing insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
- Support CRM initiatives by maintaining and updating customer databases to improve marketing outreach.
- Event and Campaign Execution
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including on-ground activations, digital promotions, and investor onboarding activities.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from setup to post-event reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, offering recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
- General Agility and Adaptability
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and solutions-oriented approach to evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across departments.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
