Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Solution Design & Proposal Development
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, cloud services, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations
  • Conduct product demos and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of Asia Quest’s offerings to clients and stakeholders.
  • RFP/RFI Response Management
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and other client documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Technical Consultation & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights on best-fit solutions and technology stacks that address their needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align solutions with client expectations and project deliverables. Provide technical support during client meetings and discussions.
  • Market & Technology Research
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously enhance our solutions and value proposition.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in Asia Quest’s services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Consultant, or Business Analyst role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, web and mobile application development, cloud services, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience with proposal writing, project scoping, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
