Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Solution Design & Proposal Development
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, cloud services, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct product demos and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of Asia Quest’s offerings to clients and stakeholders.
- RFP/RFI Response Management
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and other client documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Technical Consultation & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights on best-fit solutions and technology stacks that address their needs.
- Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams
- Work closely with the Sales team to align solutions with client expectations and project deliverables. Provide technical support during client meetings and discussions.
- Market & Technology Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously enhance our solutions and value proposition.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in Asia Quest’s services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Consultant, or Business Analyst role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, web and mobile application development, cloud services, and system integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Experience with proposal writing, project scoping, and technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
