Job Purpose

The role is responsible to manage and oversee financial management within the Group Corporate Banking division. This includes developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and management of deal pipelines. The position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial management principles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive business performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the deal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of financial metrics.
  • Operating Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor and control operating expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Coaching: Provide coaching and support to the team and collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within corporate banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with high degree of commitment and integrity.
  • Be proactive and comprehensive in delivering content to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
