Responsibility:
- Invoice verification and data entry for all invoices timely and accurate.
- Make payment to supplier for inventory and non-inventory payment on time.
- Perform GRIR account timely.
- Issuance of debit note timely.
- Reconciliation of vendor's statement on monthly basis.
- Scanning invoice to outsources processing supplier.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with CGPA of 3.00 or second Class Upper.
- Experienced in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting knowledge on creditor's ledger.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge in SAP Module: FICO Module - AP will be an added advantage.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
