This role encompasses financial planning, compliance, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the company’s financial stability and alignment with its business objectives. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership to enhance profitability, drive cost efficiency, and support long-term growth strategies. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to drive data-driven business decisions. Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies, coordinating with regulatory authorities for smooth compliance. Lead internal and external audits, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for transparency and accountability. Develop cost-efficient financial strategies to enhance profitability while ensuring operational efficiency. Partner with department heads to align financial planning with overall business objectives, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, improving process efficiency, and fostering a culture of financial excellence. Leverage financial software and digital tools to streamline financial operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve data analytics capabilities. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent financial certification preferred. At least 5 years of managerial experience in financial management, preferably in the agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving financial efficiency. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced reporting tools. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, with the capability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management. High adaptability to evolving financial technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
