Job description: 1.Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company goals. Identifying target audiences within the IT market. Setting measurable KPIs to track campaign performance. 2.Content Creation and Management: Producing engaging content like articles, infographics, videos tailored within respective departments. Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility. Managing content calendars across different digital channels 3.Social Media Marketing: Developing and managing social media presence on platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook. Creating targeted social media campaigns for engagement and running social media campaigns. Monitoring social media conversations and responding to inquiries. 4.Paid Advertising: Managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads. Implementing display advertising strategies on relevant websites. Utilizing social media advertising options to reach specific demographics. 5.Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels. Analyzing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance. Generating reports Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Experienced in Media line will be an added advantage. Written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Expertise in SEO techniques and best practices Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media dashboards, email marketing software) Data analysis and interpretation abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to backup & support when needed.
