Job description:

  • Handle business work orders submitted by front-line customer service, follow the standard operating procedures of the knowledge base, and complete business acceptance work prudently and efficiently;
  • Have strong business sensitivity and be able to start from the difficult problems handled daily, discover points for improvement in various dimensions such as sources, channels, processes, services, etc., propose optimization and improvement plans, and integrate resources from all parties to promote optimization and improvement. customer satisfaction;
  • Accumulate excellent service or business experience, form a systematic service course, and spread it to front-end service agents for effective service empowerment;
  • Provide coaching and training to front-end service agents to improve the service quality

Job requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa (other language is a plus)
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Strong customer first service awareness, high emotional intelligence, sense of responsibility, and persistent pursuit of the ultimate customer experience
  • Work hard, take the initiative to learn, be positive, meticulous and rigorous, good at communication, and teamwork
  • Able to work on a rotational shift
