Supply Chain Management- Plan and coordinate inventory management to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance, lead times, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Procurement & Sourcing- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local & international suppliers for air conditioning components and raw materials.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality and delivery timelines.
- Develop vendor selection criteria and establish long-term relationships with key suppliers.
Cost & Risk Management- Conduct cost analysis & budgeting to achieve procurement cost savings.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage import/export documentation and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
Process Improvement & Compliance- Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies, ISO 9001, and industry standards.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in procurement and supply chain processes.
Required Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or HVAC industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with logistics, shipping, and customs regulations in Malaysia.
Qualifications:- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry components is an added advantage.
