  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Understand and navigate logistics operational procedures to collaborate effectively with the headquarters in China and facilitate the customs clearance process.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and transport services to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Track all shipments, preparing necessary documentation and payments, while ensuring compliance with relevant customs regulations and standards (SIRIM, MCMC, E-MARK, etc.).
  • Work with the headquarters in China to resolve issues related to the Arrive-at-Port Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and support the aftersales team with the claims process.
  • Address problems that arise during product shipments, promptly reporting them to the relevant department. Regularly compile and present various logistics management reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement logistics work plans, enhance logistics standards, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, customs clearance, transportation, and database management.
  • Proficiency in Excel user skills; Preferably with experience in CRM, SAP, and/or other systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
